Friends of Hudson Youth is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Hudson’s youth through programs, partnerships, and community fundraising efforts. We work closely with the Hudson Youth Department to enhance opportunities for recreation, leadership, and belonging for young people in our community
The Hudson Youth Department provides essential services through an after-school program, a summer day camp, sports leagues, and other activities. These address tangible, vital needs—not only for childcare and recreation, but also for academic, emotional, nutritional, and social support. Many of these activities integrate job skills and career training. All are offered free to young people in the greater Hudson area.
With funding and encouragement from our organization since 2018, the Hudson Youth Department has significantly expanded its capacity to serve the city's youth, and by extension their families and the entire community.
